We’re located at 59 Broad Street in Plattsburgh, New York. 

For your convenience, rent includes everything — that means electricity, water, sewer, trash, cable, internet, and all of our amazing amenities are free! 

We are conveniently located a short walk from campus and offer free off-street parking, so it’s easy to get around. 

Yes, we do allow pets under 25 pounds at full maturity. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly $30 charge.

Yes, we have ample on-site parking. Currently there is no parking fees.

We offer one-, two-, and four-bedroom furnished floor plans. 

An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in  the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to  live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going  to pay on time. 

If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out our roommate-matching  questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will use that  information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a  roommate selected, we can help sort out the details with that, too! 

Yes, we have two 24-hour card-operated laundry facilities on the second and third floors! 

Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service. 

No, you do not. 

Yes, contact our office for specific pricing and income requirements. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5th. Late fees begin to accrue on the 4th. 

You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking here.  Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and  your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for  your new apartment online! We are also available on site if you wish to  visit us to apply in person.
